Everything is priced for the mass of ordinary Nigerians rather than for a narrow market at the top, and we offer instalment plans running up to fifteen years so that a teacher, a nurse or a trader can buy a home out of a monthly wage instead of waiting for a windfall.

Walls for a two bedroom home go up in about three days
Dry stacked and self aligning, the blocks lock together by hand. A trained local crew can raise a wall without a bag of cement on site, and one person can move a wall’s worth of blocks in a morning, which matters on sites a lorry cannot reach.
